ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with available tracking information.
SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship within the European Union only.
Shipping availability may be updated as BoostyPlus expands to additional markets.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination country and local carrier operations.
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available.
While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by carriers or unforeseen logistical circumstances may occur and are outside our direct control.
PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
Products marked as PRE-ORDER have an extended dispatch time of up to 7 business days.
Pre-order items will be clearly labeled on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order value, and selected shipping method. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
