1. Right of Withdrawal (EU – 14 Days)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened
  • The original seal must remain intact
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened or unsealed food supplements cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us first.

We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with EU regulations.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Gift cards
